**Payments**
Payments are due on the same day as the cleaning service. A late fee of25 will be applied if payment is not received within 5 days.
**Snow Day Policy**
In the event of inclement weather, we may choose not to operate. You will be promptly notified by phone, and we will reschedule service as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you clear your driveways and sidewalks for our safety, if you are able.
**Lock Out / Late Cancellation Policy**
To cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please provide at least 24 business hours' notice (before 10 a.m.), preferably 48 hours (excluding weekends). This policy is necessary to avoid lost wages. If our cleaner cannot access your home, you will be charged the full price of the cleaning to cover gas and wages for the visit.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (excluding weekends) will incur a fee of 50% of the cleaning cost. Clients skipping a bi-weekly visit, returning after a month, will incur a $25 fee. For monthly visits skipped for two months, a $50 fee will apply.
Should we need to cancel a cleaning appointment with less than 48 hours' notice and cannot provide another appointment within five business days, no additional fees will be charged, and the regular will remain.
**Vacation Policy**
If you plan to take time off during your scheduled cleaning, please inform us if you wish to skip the appointment, as others may be interested in your time slot. Early notification is appreciated.
