Policies

Snow Day Policy

As you know, our weather can get nasty. If we decide not to venture out, you will receive a timely phone call, and we will reschedule your home as quickly as possible. We do request that you clear your driveways and sidewalks for our safety as well, if possible.

Lock out / Late cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, at least 24 business hour notice (before 10 a.m), preferable 48h (excluding weekends) is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages.

If the cleaner is unable to enter the house, you will be charged full price of that cleaning's cost. Covering gas and wages cost lost for being there and not been able to use that spot for another job.

if you cancel the appointment less than 24h (excluding weekends) a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning's cost will be charged.

If a client decides to skip a bi weekly visit and we go back to clean after a month of the last visit, a $25 fee will be charged.

If a client decides to skip a monthly visit and we go back to clean after 2 months of the last visit, a $50 fee will be charged.

On the  occasion that we must cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment with less than a 48 hour notice, and has no available openings for another cleaning appointment within the next five business days, no extra fees will be charged, we keep the regular price.

Vacation Policy

When you decide to take some time off, and it occurs during your scheduled cleaning times, please let us know if you wish to skip a service appointment, as someone else may want your time slot.  Please, let us know as soon as you can.
